03DRAWER DIE SYSTEM
Change the die in minutes, switch to any product instantly.
The easy drawer die system needs no crane, no heavy disassembly and no special tools. A single operator changes the format without long production stops.
01Release the drawer
Stop production, unlock the drawer and grab the handle. No tools or crane needed.
02Pull out the die drawer
The die slides out of the machine on its rail system into a fully accessible position.
03Swap the die and resume
Seat the new die and push the drawer back. Production restarts in a different product format within minutes.
